The Mission
Our Quest is to bring children together to fight dragons!
MythMakers Workshop was designed by fantasy fanatic, Rachael Roberts (OFSTED registered Childminder, Paediatric First Aid Trained, Level 3 Childcare and Education, Massive Nerd).
Fantasy is a genre where you can suspend disbelief, cast spells, battle monsters and walk a league in somebody else's shoes. Children can safely face risks and trials in a magical environment, helping them to grow into confident, imaginative young people.
We believe that through our carefully designed arts & crafts activities, storytelling, and MythMakers original TTRPG we can provide children with vital life skills.
From teamwork, leadership and problem solving to safe tool operation, creative design and organisation, MythMakers has it all!
Each Term consists of 6 sessions, with one overarching, challenging craft project alongside multiple smaller projects that will all tie together to give children a real sense of achievement. We will help children to build on the skills they already possess, ensuring they are adequately challenged and entertained for the entirety of the term. We will provide an inclusive and encouraging environment where children feel confident to express themselves through their creativity and imagination.
